At Nish Hair, we strive for perfection; however, if your hair extensions are not the perfect match, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery provided the security seal remains intact. Due to hygiene standards, opened or worn products cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the hair is in its original packaging with all tags attached; our team will review your photos to confirm the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Once approved, securely pack your items and use the provided shipping label to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
